Company Name:font Job DescriptionContribute to the overall Marketing strategy and plan and brand portfolio strategy.Oversee and input into the development of brand plans and activities within Brand Group to ensure alignment to Brand Portfolio, Consumer Space and Brand strategies as communicated by the Central / Regional Brand teams.Adhere to the Global Brand Governance matrix, seeking appropriate governance and oversight in line with brands Global portfolio positioning. Ensure End Market touchpoint solutions for Brand Group are developed and / or adapted in adherence to Brand guidelines and standards and in line with manifestos.Participate as a core member of Global Brand User Groups to represent the End Market and support the definition of brand deployment plans, 24+ month rolling plans, touchpoint development requirements and the allocation to Steering Group MarketsManage local marketing mix elements (promotion, price management and distribution) for Global and International Focus Brands.Lead the development of Brand vision, strategy, positioning and marketing mix for relevant local focus brands.Evaluate brand performance activities for Brand Group.Manage Brand Group budget and profitability through cost and Marketing spend control and pricing and excise management.Guarantee all Brand Group activities are in line with CORA/Legal requirements.Lead communication on behalf of Brand Group with Head of Marketing and senior Central and Regional Brand teams.Build relations with external Agencies to ensure that first class service levels and products within agreed budgets are received.Champion innovation in products and processes in order to achieve competitive advantage.Work closely with Trade Marketing and Operations to ensure brand strategy is executed throughout the supply chain.Reports directly to the Area Head of Brands who reports directly to the Marketing DirectorLeadership of team, including managers (Manage Managers leadership level) + developing solid talent within team and taking firm calls on performance management & career development of individuals within teamKey RequirementsExperienced in sales, strategic trade, business development and Brand management. Candidates with wider experience across Trade-Brands- Market Insights preferred.Candidate with minimum of three years SP&I experience in a leading FMCG company covering all aspects of research methodologies and principles including both conventional and state of the art techniques and their application in the Consumer research area will be an added advantageStrong track record-clear achievements gained from working experience and not individual who job hops to gain progressionMNC background is preferred - understands the complexity and requirement of working in multinational and matrix organizationComprehensive knowledge of SP&I Common Platforms, Best Practice methods & procedural systems.Senior Management presence, ability to influence laterally and upwards both functionally and cross functionally. Displays strong engagement skills and articulates clearly with strong solid content to support his/ her line of thought.Strong academic background pre and during University, good bachelor\'s degree(any disciplines) from highly reputable universityInternational exposure is an added advantageOutgoing, articulate and outspokenAble to and bring their ideas, ambitions clearly getting audience buy inStrong commitment to excel, desire to learn, up skill self and able to connects the dots on things, works well with people, flexible to work with people of various levels/ educational backgroundCreative, in both thinking & execution.
